Toddlers CARE-Index (TCI) top-up courses and reliability tests (Distance Learning, english – italian)

We offer 2 new top-up courses and 2 reliability tests on the Toddler CARE-Index (TCI).
Prerequisites: Participants must have already taken the Toddlers CARE-Index course and Attachment & Psychopathology (A&P) or Attachment, Neurodevelopment and Psychopathology (or ANP).
Instructors: Patricia M. Crittenden, Ph.D., Andrea Landini, M.D.
Languages: English and Italian
Where: All courses are offered online via Zoom
1. Review/consolidation course
| Dates and times | Jan. 13 -March 10, 2022 (10 consecutive weeks)
Each Thursday (6:30-7:30 CET; 5:30-6:30 GMT; 12:30-1:30 EST) |
| Requirement | 1 normative/1 clinical TCI with consents |
| Learning activities | Mandatory for those seeking reliability or trainer status:
1. Review of exemplar & coding of a matching new TCI each week, submitting of coding sheets |
| Successful Completion | Certificate for filming TCIs |
| Cost | €500 (€550 if paid in 2022) |
2. Normative Reliability Test
| Submission Deadline | April 7, 2022 |
| Successful Completion | Certificate for coding normative dyads (maximum level = III+, i.e., insufficient for coding for research) |
| Cost | €150/€200 (beginning on March 11) |
3. TCI Clinic course
| Dates and times | April 21 – June 9, 2022 (8 consecutive weeks)
Each Thursday (6:30-7:30 CET; 5:30-6:30 GMT; 12:30-1:30 EST) Sessions will be recorded for viewing in other time zones. |
| Requirement | 1 normative/1 clinical TCI with consents |
| Learning activities | Mandatory for those seeking reliability or trainer status:
1. 1 exemplar & matching new TCI each week 2. (a) Explanation of errors, (b) similarity to exemplar, (c) clinical implications |
| Cost | €400-450 (beginning on April 10) |
4. Clinical Reliability Test
| Submission Deadline | July 3, 2022 |
| Successful Completion | Certificate for coding TCIs (maximum of Level II(I) on first test with Level I possible on second test) |
| Cost | €150/€200 (beginning on June 10) |
5. Package deal
Both courses (no tests): €800 if paid in 2021.
